Pros
Widex is a great place to be if you want to grow in responsibility. With the WSA merger, many Widex employees were promoted to WSA roles. Salary for a sales person is decent and within industry average for the market.
Cons
Mergers always disrupt workflows. Widex seems to still be finding their footing after the merger and recently laid off a number of lower-level employees. The Widex and WSA exec teams are almost exclusively white, European males, so I sometimes wonder about their commitment to DEEI.
