Pros

Hours can be flexible. OT and Holiday pay is time and a half. Give you your work uniform shirts, no need to buy. Coworkers and supervisor are pleasant. No micro-management. Schedule can work out great if you are a student due to the job running on a 2nd & 3rd shift. Water bottles and coffee are brought to the office once every 1-2 months. Coffee machine in office to use. Upstairs in the data center has a store for snacks, drinks, and food. Holiday pay for New Years Eve, Independence day, Thanksgiving day, and Christmas eve.

Cons

No chances for growth in the company. No PTO. The higher ups do not care about their employees whatsoever. There is no benefits offered even for full-time employees. Offer "free lunches" to employees for "rewards" on a good job but never actually do it. Operational managers expect employees to conduct playbacks completed ASAP on faulty software and respond passive aggressively if you are unable to get the playback done. Lately they are starting to hire people who have relations to the current officers but do not have the skill sets whatsoever to be successful or productive at the job. If you are put on to work Christmas Day expect to work a 13 hr shift by yourself with no holiday pay or anything whatsoever. Only Christmas Eve gets holiday pay even though it is a normal shift with two people.

Pros

- Schedule is posted a month in advance. - Easy to get request and get time off as long as submitted 1-2 weeks in advance. - Depending on how well you do you can get more hours. - Great if you are going to school or need something temporary that pays decent for what it is. - Coworkers are nice. - Learn a good bit about security. - Raise after first 90-days, another raise when you reach your year point. Raises every year if you can manage to tolerate the job enough to stay.

Cons

- No benefits regardless of part or full time employment. - Night schedule work (4:30pm to 2/3:30am or 7-9pm to 5:15-5:30am). - No employee has stayed longer then 1-2 years. - If you can't multi-task, this is not the job for you. - Will likely be dealing with rude residents or property managers for CFS. - No growth.
