-leadership is rarely on the same page, little consistency in execution of processes and procedures. -there are no actual processes and procedures. instructions are kept vague in order to allow for manipulation on a per job basis. -there are many "knee-jerk" reactions to try and solve issues as they arise. -there is little to no training from the leaders. expect to learn as you go or hope your fellow employees will assist you along the way. -there are no annual performance reviews or increases. -it's a retail environment...so hours and customers are similar to working at a department store.
