Great company - Project Manager WiSC Enterprises Employee Review

I can sum this up in a few words, trust and accountability. You are given their trust from day one, you get to keep it if you have accountability for your actions.

None- really none that I can think of

WiSC Enterprises is by far one of the most enjoyable companies that I have worked for, bar none. The management (high command) genuinely cares about its employees and goes out of their way to ensure that if a helping hand is needed, they try their best to identify it as to cut it off at the pass before any employee is left behind. There has not been one time within HQ that I have been told to "stay in my lane" which if anyone has ever worked in Staffing within a corporate HQ structure, you know what I mean. I can honestly say with no equivocations that WiSC Enterprises, LLC means what they say when defining their culture as like a family. I can't speak more highly for those within both WiSC Enterprises and Virescit Tactical Systems - it's an awesome feeling knowing that people really have your back!
