I live in Moscow and the drive is hefty.

Within your department you will find friends. With other departments it will be difficult to outright contentious to maintain civility.

Strong sense of apathy. Most positions are union so it’s almost impossible to get fired. Employees realize this so there is no reason to do a good job.
