Pros
The commission is uncapped but targets are high so achieving the commission is extremely difficult. Some of the clients are lovely and you can build genuine client relationships.
Cons
Where do I start The technology used within the sales system is archaic, there are so many gremlins in there we are having to go through several screens to do the most simple of requests and enquiries. Many orders turn up to the clients, damaged or late causing great stress to a already stressful sales process. The sales process feels disingenuous and at times immoral - The company is making 25-50 million a year on art work which has such a high mark up they are literally printing their own money. Staff moral in my personal experience is through the floor. I don't know a single employee who is happy working for Whitewall except in the training and HR division and upper management. Basically Lichfield. They have no idea how to treat staff stall and simply don't care that it's rare for anyone to last longer than a few months in some cases days !!! The artwork is in some cases mediocre but hyped up and then the price point constantly raised to drive demand. It's incredibly corrupt as this is not affiliated to the actual real art market. They drive the price up themselves - it's essentially a huge con.
