Upper Management is sub par

Most teams work collaboratively very well. Management appreciates your work and it is a great place to grow your career if you’re ready to take on bigger roles they will give you the chance.

I think this is common to most jobs but sometimes when you consistently deliver results more is asked/expected of you while others that don’t deliver are asked for less and can fly under the radar.
