Pros

One of the best internship experiences I've had. Even though I was merely an intern, I learnt a lot and was given the role and responsibilities of a Communications Executive. They've got amazing clients, wonderful and generous bosses.

Cons

I have no bad things to say!

Pros

WFH flexibility, but can be inconsistent during busy periods, with additional responsibilities sometimes reassigned across the team

Cons

-Management efforts often feel surface level, with limited follow-through on deeper issues. -Workplace culture can be highly political, which may impact trust, collaboration, and morale. -Leadership visibility is inconsistent, with involvement tending to happen only when issues escalate rather than through proactive guidance. -High turnover suggests ongoing internal challenges that have yet to be effectively addressed. -The “we are a family” narrative may not reflect the day to day employee experience. -Workloads can be demanding, with some employees feeling overstretched over extended periods. -Career development and progression opportunities may be limited in the current environment. -There can be a noticeable gap between how the organisation presents itself externally and the internal reality experienced by employees.

Pros

work from home but also you get aimed by the senior staff to come back in on wfh days they will definitely have a position if you are desperate for a job with the high turnover rate

Cons

Management Issues - The company has a lot of room for improvement. - Only 1-2 staff members has been with the company for more than a year - High turnover rate indicates underlying problems. - ladyboss is invisible and does not follow up on client work, expecting constant and multiple updates while claiming good credit for herself Training and Environment - Lack of proper training; expects you to just be able to do it . - Toxic "we are a family" vibes. - Claims of being a supportive environment are often not true. - Supportive colleagues exist, but only if you fit into their group. - gaslighting and manipulation to create a false positive image.
