      Pros

      You are the king of the your own thoughts as they don’t have any technical knowledge

      Cons

      Salary date is 10 but you will get salary on 15. You need to report your daily progress after working hours and for that you need to stand in queue for around 30 minutes then after you can leave. As they don’t have technical knowledge you will never learn something new and they will guid you on wrong way.
