-Kudos to whoever comes up with WL's catchy slogan of the year. Constantly churning rally cries like 'hoslitalitarians' or 'a company that lasts forever' or 'A Players only' yet never improving the work environment.
-Bottom line: absolutely lowest salary for the industry. 50 hour work weeks quickly turn into 60-70 hour work weeks. Insulting pay, no work life balance. Turnover never ends like a dog trying to catch its tail. A never ending cycle of people leaving. In the end, even the WL poster child eventually leaves.
-Only people who thrive at WL are the kool-aid drinkers or the boomers who keep the white in White Lodging. No diversity in senior management of 2+ years with the company.
-WL's management style is stuck in the 1990s and hotel budgets are stuck in the 2000s, along with your salary.
