      Pros

      Depending on your executive leadership, there can be a fun & supportive dynamic and culture.

      Cons

      Expect to be underpaid, overworked, and a high degree of latent prejudice to take place towards minorities. They'll attempt to proclaim they're pro-diversity based on the number of international interns and racial minorities hired in non-customer facing roles (e.g. back of house, housekeeping, etc.); however, what they won't disclose is the distinct pay difference, the enormous tax cuts and low wages they can pay towards international interns, or how, in many locations, employees are actually undocumented.

      Pros

      There are many growth opportunities, even outside of your current department, which allows for career development across different areas. White Lodging is genuinely one of the best companies I’ve worked for. Even when visiting different properties, each team has its own unique, family-like culture, which makes a positive difference considering how much time we spend at work.

      Cons

      Some positions may require longer days and a variable schedule, which is common in this industry. While holidays are not always guaranteed off, I personally don’t mind the flexibility that comes with that.

      Pros

      White Lodging is very welcoming and treats their employees like family. They respect your time off, which a lot of other companies do not. Amazing benefits. Orientation was extremely helpful. Plenty of opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Very high standards but I wouldn't say that's a con. If you're not up for a challenge and you do not want to grow this is not the company for you.
