      Pros

      It's marketing and it's drinks. Some nice enthusiastic people

      Cons

      Chaos but not in a good way. Unnecessarily political for such a small agency. Senior leadership a bit clueless and very much not who they think they are

      Pros

      Initially a brilliant company to work at. Lots of mutual respect across the board, and hard work was always rewarded.

      Cons

      They made an awful decision in promoting a member of the team to MD. He is literally one of the worst people I've ever encountered in agency land, and that is saying something.

      Nice size and flat structure to get ideas through the door quickly.

      Negative attitude to work amongst some people and lack of support when things go wrong.
