Pros
Most team members are great. In particular Marketing, Dev, CS, and Support. An interesting industry where Whistic was at one time a thought leader. Dev Leadership all the way up to CTO is really incredible.
Cons
CEO is a good salesman but a bad leader. He hires skilled talent only to burn them out with micromanagement and mistrust stemming from his own inexperience and insecurities. Good team members have left because of this. They heavily oversell the culture and product during the hiring process. Competitors with more money are catching on.
