      Pros

      Great team, great upper management Truly a remote first company Very less employee turnover because the company is managed good. Felt stable for the time I worked there.

      Cons

      Should have handled layoffs better. Growth both financially and career wise felt stunted.

      Great people work here, it’s a pretty cool product and there’s a lot of autonomy. Business is structured well.

      Cons

      Fully remote if that’s not your vibe. Spread across time zones with some in Europe.
