      Everyone are respectful and joyful. Supervisor will listen to you. Flexible working time. No Hierarchy. Many team building event especially alcohol for free!

      Cons

      The salary is not satisfied. Hard to get promote. Very much intensive work (Numbers of Analytics work )before project launch.
