      Pros

      Able to build great relationships. Benefits were nice. Pay was good.

      Cons

      Slow to make decisions. Too many levels of management in every department. The founding family sold when they promised that they never would. No diversity in Senior Leadership/ Strategy Council. They lied about the reasons for the massive layoffs. It wasn’t because of COVID.

      Pros

      Customer service focused, also promote within. Seems to look out for their staff, referring them as family members etc staple in Texas and trusted adored brand! Consistent and appears to provide great overall environment and promote a strong team work style culture!

      Cons

      I don’t know yet…but perhaps can be extremely busy, which can be good or bad! Open 24also good or bad depends how you look at it. Fast paced!
