Pros
Focus on production goes hand-in-hand with support to all personnel. The quality of work is based on the quality of workers and they use local people in their facilities to support the community and ensure the workers have a vested interest in both the community and the company.
Cons
Very few - harsh conditions due to the facility being a large plant that makes a product requiring heat and loud equipment. However, all necessary actions are taken to make employees as comfortable as possible to prevent heat stress and hyperthermia!
