Pros
The new location in Pioneer Square is terrific. For the wrong reasons (saving money) they are willing to push people fast and high.
Cons
WY's employee philosophy is to hit just below the 50% mark in every conceivable way. Pay slightly less, have slightly sub-par benefits, and value employees only to the extent you can get a lot out of them for little investment.
