      They manage to recruit a range of intelligent, interesting, and talented people. There is a great sense of camaraderie amongst the staff.

      Cons

      The management and corporate ethos are horrendous. They micro-manage staff and are squander the talent they attract.

      So little to say about this really. A truly tragic place to work (not an exaggeration).

      Cons

      Micro management combined with lack of communication with staff is diabolical. Awful manager, nitpicky, monotonous work. Made me want my hospitality job back!
