Pros
Very much enjoyed my fellow co-workers.
Cons
No matter what your position within this company, you will interact directly with the company owner, who unfortunately is one of the worst managers I've ever worked for. Company meetings are spent pointing fingers and publicly humiliating the small handful of people who stick around long enough to give him an opportunity to blame for company shortcomings. Western Neon employs about 15-20 people at any given time, and this last year I watched at least 13 different employees leave as a result of discord with the owner and his management team. Typically you would have an HR department to address these kinds of problems with, but not in this company. Although an individual has the title of HR, they are responsible for too many other departments and are coincidentally one of the owner's best friends. I couldn't possibly have a lower opinion of this company, and could not be happier to have moved on from Western Neon.
