Insolent and Undeliverable CEO: My frustrating experience at the company - Warehouse Associate Western Integrated Technologies Employee Review

Pros

Despite my reservations about the CEO, I have to say that the company's compensation and benefits package was exceptional. I was paid well and had access to a range of perks and benefits that made me feel valued as an employee.

Cons

It was not only cruel, but also deeply frustrating to recall my experience of working under the CEO of this company, who was not just undeliverable, but also incredibly insolent in his dealings. His complete lack of regard for his subordinates and their contributions to the company's success served only to undermine our morale and confidence in the company's leadership. What made matter worse was the fact that the CEO was also dishonest in his dealings with us. He would promise us one thing and then fail to deliver on those promises, leaving us feeling disenchanted and disillusioned with the company's management. It was clear that the CEO was more interested in furthering his own interests than in building a strong and successful company that would benefit everyone involved.

Pros

Hard working and nice co workers

Cons

Management vacant and detached; fails to interact in any meaningful way. No instructions regarding processes. Management is old, but they do not want their employees to be older. They believe that older workers are less skilled at technology, without giving a nod to older employees’ extended experience with ever changing technology. It extends to job postings. They believe that the phrase “tech savvy” repeated several times in a posting will get them that young person to apply and accept their under market pay offer.
