Company is very family oriented

Pay is on the low side for office staff

They pay 100% of insurance premiums for the employee & FAMILY!!! Corporate managers and supervisors are great. There is always something to work on from a mechanics point of view. Weekly pay

I can only speak from a satellite yards (Fontana yard) perspective. The supervisor worked Just as hard as me, but he was a bit moody to deal with at times. The yard I worked at did not have a break room.
