With the workers it felt like a family.

The CEO & CFO was one of the worst I've ever seen. They were brought on due to their suppose success in the past but it was crazy how much they spent and really didn't think through it before they did it.

There might have been some at a point in time, but I cant remember.

Lack of structure within management, management plays favorites, promotes from outside the company, hard work taken for granted, harrassment, you name it.
