      Pros

      "Discretionary" year end profit sharing. Safety Oriented. Besides management, co-workers seem to be interested in the company's success. Health care benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      Too many chiefs and not enough intelligence. Plant management/supervision is a joke and under qualified. There seems to be more managers than sense or employees.

      It was not a difficult job if you can pay attention to details and and don't mind dust and lifting 10 to 40lbs.

      Cons

      dusty, noisy and 12 hours on your feet.
