Pros

Sales team are very friendly

Cons

Overworked, Poor pay, pay does not justify you to think about it after job hours. Too many responsibilities to the point that u can never finish your job especially when u show that you are competent. Many false promises, datelines to improve life of workers often missed. come up with many excuses, the boss knows exactly what to say to keep the staff staying, dangling the carrot on the stick, the carrot that u can never get. HR IC play a lot of mind games and extremely difficult to work with, often contradicts what is promised by the boss. Very untactful in the way HR talk to anyone, very condescending tone when HR know nearly nothing about operations or any technical aspect of the product. boss say give OT money, HR compensate with half day off. HR often makes things difficult for others when HR can solve the problem much faster than others. HR logic is like "it's not my job, even if I can do it fast, I rather waste your time doing it than mine". Poor management of money, takes forever to invest in equipment that would cut down on manhours. Inefficient, prefer to get expensive full time staff to do jobs that are cheap. Shady practices. Cut job agents after getting staff. Very good at marketing their product based on half truths (I don't want to disclose anything that would Sabotage their product sales.) Everyone have to be very skeptical about what HR or boss say. Incentives given by the boss is often taken away or rejected by the HR and the boss didn't do anything concrete to rectify anything when taised up to him. HR can use the incentives that was originally given to employees as a bargaining chip to get more out of employees. Even though with warning, firing of staff without letting the staff talk to management, refusal to communicate. Little or close to none in job progression as it's a small company with little job openings/promotions.
