      New office environment. Some friendly colleagues

      Cons

      No vision or strategy. Incompetent management. Unable to evolve from its Intercall days to stay relevant. Tried to leverage on their Cisco relationship but did not quite work out. Even though it's an MNC, functions like a small local setup.
