this place is the bowels of customer service call center and since i was hired there are only 3 original team members they think they have a bottomless pool of people that want to work for them i was 4 minutes late for work due to cunstruction accident i called and let them know i was 8 traffic lights away and i still got a 1/2 occurrance equals to taking 4hrs off. i had a mild heart attack on the job was taken by ambulance and got a 1/2 occurance that day then 1 for all the days Dr. took me off work the files we work run out by lunch time we cant get the metrics to bonus and they don't adjust the metrics log hrs don't count until you first call it has been more than an hr as it was today. so 8 hrs a month dont count for me so am always short to bonus 8hrs in the past a rep could collect 30 payments a day now 8 is the daily goal
