      Pros

      There used to be lots of benefits, but these do not compete with the negatives. Positives are annual leave, volunteering days, culture day, etc But negative is the constant fear of being outsourced or made redundant.

      Cons

      Company doesn't know what it's doing any more. Seems to be in an "asset-stripping" phase. In past 12 months, there have been 2 rounds of outsourcing (IT and Customer Operations). There have been lots of redundancies and reorganisations. Senior management change their mind with the wind - no longer-term strategy or planning. Change Management is a shambles!

      Pros

      - Work culture is good. - Flexibility offered around working hours. - For permanent employees, benefits are good. - Plenty of team events.

      Cons

      - If working in IT Operations, it is a challenging environment to work in. - Poor sharing of knowledge within the team. Cross team communications in IT are very poor. - Products used are quite old. - Poor spending on IT
