The leader in my division has a pattern of inappropriate workplace behaviour that the company is aware of but are yet to do anything about it. Some departments are resistant to change and use outdated systems which in turn means there’s a lengthy process to get things done No company CC’s are issued, employees expected to pay for everything like team events, catering, accom etc and submit expense claims.
