Wendover is a mature real estate development firm & property management company that has a great platform to learn from and build on top of. Management is old-school and demanding but when the chips are down no company has ever done more for me in my personal and professional life. Standards are high, salary is above average, but there are wonderful year end bonuses and long term retirement options. The owner is doing a much better job sharing the wealth with the team and recognizing everyone's efforts. If you see an area of opportunity for improvement and put together a plan you are encouraged and empowered to execute on it. It's great to know that you have the ability to make a difference in the places people live. Management does not skimp on their products.

If you have thin skin or aren't able to keep up with extra hours during deadlines then this is not the company for you. Definitely a "pressure makes a diamond" mentality but the scary thing is it works. I left Wendover and ended up coming back because while the work is hard, management can be "passionate" I have never experienced better mentorship and opportunity in my career.
