I believe that once person has put in some time with the company there are decent benefits along the lines of ownership opportunities in the company. There is an in-house therapist which is nice.
Cons
Pay was lower than industry averages. From what I understand vacation time was below industry averages. Management was completely lacking. Training was non-existent, I was given the task of trying to teach myself a pipe stress software system without any prior experience. As a part of the process engineering group, my day to day oversight was from a CAD designer with no process engineering experience, there was essentially no leadership for me during my time there. I received an above-average grade (B+) from my actual supervisor and then two weeks later was let go for no apparent reason and no justification given.
