The environment is flexible while still keeping a strong focus on getting meaningful work done. You’re able to see the direct impact of your efforts—not just on the company, but on the families you support every day, which makes the work especially rewarding.
Cons
There aren’t many downsides. As the company grows, things can change, which may not suit everyone. That said, I’ve continued to feel supported through those shifts, and there are clear, approachable ways to share feedback.
