Pros

Decent compensation, flexible working hours and location, moderate benefits, office in nice location.

Cons

The work culture at this company is heavily influenced by outdated and hierarchical practices, often shaped by bias, favoritism, and a lack of meritocracy. Decision-making is opaque, with no clearly defined strategic direction. As a result, organizational restructuring happens frequently and unpredictably. Dedicated employees who offer constructive feedback or challenge inefficiencies often find themselves sidelined or dismissed, while underqualified individuals—frequently those within the "in-group"—are promoted based on popularity rather than capability. There is also a noticeable lack of genuine involvement in the actual business by senior leadership. This disengagement allows mid-level management to prioritize vanity metrics, rebrand failed initiatives as successes, and remove individuals who challenge the status quo or advocate for real change. This contributes to a broader failure to identify and address root causes of systemic issues. Strategy sessions often result in buzzword-heavy plans that fail to provide actionable or meaningful direction.

Pros

Some of the employees are friendly, good team players and good professionals. Some others well not as good.

Cons

C level executives lack (or let's say lacked) strategic direction and there is no transparency. No long term strategies, poor communication from their side and limited openness toward employees. Decisions feel reactive instead of what it would feel if there was actually a plan and there is little alignment or clarity around the company’s future vision. If your director or head of department doesn't like you, well good luck! No matter how effective your work is, if you bring in results they will also put first their favorites. There is a mix of responsibilities, no clear structure with the result of cross functional collaboration being too difficult as 2 and more people will do the same work or none will do anything.

Pros

High compensation. Fast growth for certain profile types who knows how to impact KPIs.

Cons

Constant leadership changes create a lot of uncertainty and shifting expectations. During my time here, there were 3 different CEOs, each taking the company in a completely different direction. It often felt unclear how these decisions were made. There’s also a gap between leadership and the people who actually understand how the business works and keep things running. Limited understanding of how non-marketing functions impact overall performance. People burn out pretty quickly, especially with constant turnover in teams.
