      Allows us to, in theory, have a private practice online even with a provisional license Supplies clients Insurance panel enrollment Offers free Supervision Supports somewhat with scheduling & admin

      Pay is terrible & exploitative 30 & 45 minute sessions are common Mandatory free first sessions Super disorganized administrative "support" Awkward and strange AI assistant that clients and providers complain about Often times talking with support is less helpful than not talking to support

      Pros

      I appreciate the focus on publishing self-help articles and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful mental health content. The platform is generally easy to navigate, and the IT team is very efficient in resolving technical or login issues quickly.

      Cons

      I’d love to have more information and clarity about the 8-week counseling course.

      Work from home is nice

      Cons

      Do not get paid for intakes, you will be doing all first sessions for free. Payments are delayed and questioning if will ever be paid, waiting on payouts from 9/2025-12/2025. Do not recommend.
