Pros
Good benefits, life can be easy if you are in a well connected team. Most smart people have left and the firm is not performance oriented, so if you are halfway decent and don’t hurt egos you can have a “good life” here.
Cons
Weak leadership, pretends to be good in DEI but the (woman) CEO is incompetent and has surrounded herself with political and incompetent women. Very difficult unless you are part of the group.
