1 - Poorly managed by the India Head 2 - Make you forcefully open a Savings account with Axis Bank with minimum balance of 10k, as the company does not have salary account. They wont transfer salary to your existing account. 3 - Reimbursements are never paid on time, in fact sometimes even not paid 4 - No personal life on weekends, you are expected to get things done over the weekend immediately and cannot keep it for Monday. 5 - The India management team has a record history of harassing employees, just check with any ex employee from India office 6 - Too much dirty politics at top management in India 7 - The India head always to try to intimidate you.
