The only thing positive to say is you do get 4 weeks of PTO even in your 1st year
Cons
No raises for hard work, no chance of job advancement ever. Extreme micromanagement, Very consistently get to take your 2 breaks due to the work volume, When someone leaves you are required to take on there work load, They do not hire immediately to fill a vacant position
