Good team, basic pay is high, various locations

Difficult to take AL, long working hours, no work life balance, not good for health, no medical benefits or 13th month bonus, boss micromanage and add extra works that totally unrelated. Politics and nepotism. Working for long time in company will not make you get promoted if your boss doesn't like you.
