      Leadership is too stupid to realize they don't know anything

      Cons

      Definition of Toxic and Dysfunctional workplace. Company like slogans as values but doesn't live by any of them. Decisions are made last minute and then changed. Junior staff hired whilst the senior management is under-appreciated. Out of touch at the top. Mean girls and cliques are the "culture" Reported my boss to HR several times and I WAS FIRED. Bully mentality. No career path No time to learn new job skills No advancement unless you kiss up Poor treatment of employees

      Closes for 2 weeks at Christmas Offers 401K with match Half Day Fridays in the summer Company Car Remote Work

      - Leadership is out of touch with employee thoughts/feelings - New initiatives/programs/processes are rolled out half baked - No accountability for toxic behavior - Limited opportunity for advancement without moving to California - Lots of turnover - Offered raises to Independent Contractors, not FT employees
