This company does not care about it's employees, and it's only worried about making money. Most staff are underappreciated or even ignored and treated like work horses. The culture at just about every location is depressing, fearful, and paranoid. I watch as this affects our ability to provide true and compassionate care and healing. It affects our clients and patients. When I move, I will be looking forward to working for previous hospital that treats their employees like human beings, and honors their hard work. The only thing worse than working here, would be to be a patient here.
