Upper management are shocking. They don't care about you. It's honestly awful. You get spoken to extremely badly and often assaulted by customers. I got hit in the ribs, threatened they would kill me, threatened that they would SA me. I can't say certain words on here haha. I also got spat at. When I reported this, they made ME APOLOGISE TO THE PATIENT. ME?! I got spat on and had to apologise. I was treating the patient well and I was kind and caring but they did this to me. I had witnesses too but the company doesn't care. I refused to apologise and handed in my 4 week notice. I couldn't do it anymore. My mental health was suffering so bad and I was going in to work everyday crying. I ended up having super bad anxiety when dealing with the customers there so I asked for help but was denied anything. The company only care about making money. You are just a little worker ant that they will stomp on whenever they like. Just read the reviews online about the company. Don't work for them.
