Completely focussed on cost cutting so customer experience suffers. Most of my colleagues have also become overworked and now people are starting to leave. Hard work goes unnoticed and limited progression opportunities. Management do not care about their staff especially for regional managers. Also let their power go to their head. It’s toxic and unprofessional to see regional managers tell off site managers in a Starbucks store in front of customers.
