Shady Business Practices - Fake Joint Ventures - Anonymous employee Weissman PC Employee Review

One of the reasons I left was their shady business practices of having these "Joint Ventures", which are really just ways to give kickbacks to people sending them business. They did all these things to make them look like separate companies on paper, but in reality, its was all just one company. I was nervous that a true audit would bring about a collapse of the firm so I left for a company that did not have these deceptive practices.
