Pros

The people that work there not in Senior Leadership are an amazing, hardworking group of people, that care deeply for one another. Even a few of the senior leaders are some of the best I've ever worked with. Cool atmosphere, likes to try new and fun things, with lots of innovation and opportunity to try new processes. The founder is still one of the best people I've ever met, and the mid-level managers are generally an amazing group of leaders committed to excellence.

Cons

The tune has changed drastically in the last year, communication and feedback is no longer welcomed, transparency isn't happening and senior leadership isn't trustworthy like it used to be. Tread lightly, as the values and things they preach aren't the foundation of decisions anymore. For years the company held strong to the roots and morals, through all of their growth, and that is just not true today. Looking for illegal reasons to terminate people because of convenience is something I am glad to not be a part of anymore. Things have gotten very unprofessional, and a power struggle that didn't used to exist. People are dangled a carrot of upward mobility, and it's just a carrot. Pay is low, work life balance is impossible, and the decision makers (mostly) cannot be trusted with your wellbeing anymore.

Pros

The culture here is really solid, and the people I work with day-to-day are fantastic. Management puts effort into employee engagement and perks, which makes a big difference

Cons

Because the company is growing quickly, Priorities can shift fast and the pace can be pretty intense. You have to be adaptable to keep up.
