      Only pro was the extra reward you get as an employee when shopping at Weis.

      Cons

      I did everything expect and was very friendly with coworker and customers but mangers have favorites and it’s painfully obvious of the double standards.

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
