Pros
Simple tasks. They don’t expect much from lower level employees. There is a family dynamic to it, you will make friends very quick.
Cons
Low pay. Not much of an opportunity to climb the ladder to higher positions. Upper level employees like to micromanage the part time employees. They don’t take the advice of part time employees even when you’ve been working there for years.
