Company struggling to find it’s identity, with poor leadership - Project Engineer Weir Group Employee Review

The company is/was a distributorship, and is currently trying to forge a new business unit offering engineering services, led by non engineers and salesmen. The work is interesting enough, but management is chaotic and downright disrespectful. General manager is a bully and frequently loses his temper and has no idea what he’s doing. Everyone else is cool.
