      If you're a high achiever, Weir will do what it takes to keep you engaged and challenged.

      Cons

      Plants are losing less autonomy and are being forced to follow global procedures that cause many delays in day to day work. Headcount reduction from 2020 is causing burnout on existing employees as our business picks back up.
