Business outlook
Pros
Opportunity to do meaningful work and stretch projects. Global nature of the business makes it fascinating to work in. The people are the most straight forward and easiest people I have ever worked with.
Cons
I don’t currently have any cons. Some people may find that if your role requires you to work flexibly (ie early or late to do calls/meetings due to the global nature) then this may be inconvenient. However for me I find that I have the flexibility to manage my working day to accommodate that. The ability to work from home is a great help to achieve this balance.
