      Pros

      Regular hours. Management leave you alone to do your things (nobody care!), anything. Salary come in time. That is all pros I can think of.

      Cons

      Psycho management. Discrimination. Bully. You name it. I see some colleagues got bullied physically openly in the office without anyone bat an eyelid.

      Top heavy org. Somehow everyone is a director or sr director. When they make poor decisions, it’s the workers that get laid off
